The Gateway Foundation commissioned the design of the Gateway Mall Sculpture Garden, located within two city blocks between Eighth and Tenth Streets and Market and Chestnut Streets in Downtown St. Louis. The garden transforms 2.9 acres of passive green space into a sculpture garden with 15 to 20 works of art, including sculpture by Mark di Suvero and George Rickey. As an Owners Representative, Arcturis ensured the overall design goals were met, monitored diversity participation, budget, and schedule, acted as liaison between the owner and subcontractors and reviewed and approved all pay requests. Ultimately the project was delivered below budget, on time and fully meeting all minority participation goals.
