The time had arrived for the City of Frontenac, one of St. Louis’s most prestigious and desirable communities, to replace aging, outdated facilities for police, fire and City Hall. Recognizing Frontenac’s need to conserve space and achieve economies without sacrificing quality, Arcturis designed a new Municipal Complex to include the City Hall, as well as state-of-the-art Police and Fire Department facilities. The design incorporates the French aesthetic of the city. During construction, the existing Fire and Police Department had to remain in place and continue operating. With close cooperation and communication with the City and all parties, the construction was completed on time, with a smooth transition of services.
