Located on the site of what used to be a parking lot, today Old Post Office Plaza has blossomed into an urban oasis. Working with BSN of Toronto, the Downtown St. Louis Partnership and others, Arcturis designed a landscape to frame the Plaza’s fountains and a sculpture of the mythical Greek figure Icarus. Arcturis also designed the graphics and chose finishes to complete the BSN master plan. Low maintenance, elegant plantings were chosen to intermingle with artfully planned and designed benches and lighting to create a tree lined labyrinth in the heart of the city.
