Arcturis designed this mixed-use commercial and retail space which includes landscaped parking areas, a plaza with a fountain water feature and outdoor dining areas. Creative site design solutions produced a complex that maximizes its mixed-use potential while maintaining a discreet impact on the adjacent neighborhood. The cost-effective space showcases a steel frame with metal studs with brick veneer. This project features over 29,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 18,000 sq. ft. of office space.
