The City of Frontenac has retained Arcturis to provide the Planning, Architecture and Interiors for a new Municipal Complex which is to include the City Hall, as well as state-of-the-art Police Department and Fire Department facilities. The narrow site with restricted access required creative solutions to accommodate an inviting City Hall as well as easy egress/ingress for emergency vehicles. Another project challenge is operational continuity. The existing Fire and Police Department will remain in place and continue to be in use while the new facility is being constructed.
