Arcturis created a design for the Bobcat dealer retail store in O’Fallon, IL. The design intent was to internally renovate an existing pre-manufactured metal building, add a showroom and perform exterior and site upgrades. The client’s goal was to create a program with enough space to allow for growth and with enough efficiency to increase sales and productivity. Bobcat wanted to improve the aesthetics of the building to create one that was consistent with the Bobcat brand identity.
