Project Size: 10,000 sq. ft.
Client Services Provided: Interiors
Luxco, a liquor distributor located in the Cupples Station building in St. Louis, wanted a new space that would enhance their developing brand and showcase the broad range of products they produce. The concept was to provide a clean, simple design and palette to compliment the unique existing architectural features of the space, such as the rough sawn timber beams and ceiling, exposed concrete floors and red brick exterior walls. One of the design features includes an aluminum garage door that separates the boardroom from a kitchenette and back bar. When the door is up, Luxco’s clients can view their product samples in an illuminated back bar display.
