This space was designed to reflect The PrivateBank’s business strategy, catering to the needs of specialty clientele. The traditional teller line was replaced with private banking stations, and the public areas incorporate visual and spatial elements that remind clients of the bank’s availability to respond to day-to-day banking questions and commitment to superior customer service.
