Arcturis designed a Medical Office Building (MOB) as part of the BJC Progress West HealthCare Campus Master Plan. The revised plan also incorporates a Data Center and an Energy Center.  

The MOB is designed to bring natural light and views to all habitable spaces.  The Entry Lobby is transparent with a small exterior healing garden to offer a relaxing view of nature. The building is articulated into three zones: core, entry and tenant space. The core stands as a book-end to the north with a transparent stair that is framed with stone cladding and is reminiscent of a similar feature of the existing hospital. Also, the core is separated from the body of the building by a transparent lobby and porte cochere to shield patients for drop off. Arcturis will seek LEED Certification for the MOB.
