NISC selected Arcturis to design a new national corporate headquarters to be located in St. Peters, MO. The 37-acre site was to include a campus-like setting with accommodations for both company-sponsored functions and non-work related functions for employees. Two future buildings are to be built out in phases. Phase 1: a 135,000 sq. ft. building housing office and conference/training centers, a two-story atrium with reception and pre-function areas and an elevator lobby, incorporated surface parking, a lake and walking trails. There is also space for future expansion with an additional 135,000 sq. ft. with associated surface parking.

Arcturis provided site analysis and selection, master planning, architecture and interiors for the project.
