The City of O’Fallon’s Public Safety Facility was designed to perform as a multi-use building, housing both the police
station and EMS departments. Arcturis conducted a multiple site and building analysis for the 36,976 sq. ft. building.
The facility’s design objective was to utilize the new building to improve efficiency, maintain overall security, and reduce
combined operating costs for the city. The new facility presents a “community friendly” image to the public and houses a
multipurpose community center for use by the City of O’Fallon’s citizens. The project was featured in the July 2005 issue
of the
Police Chief Law Enforcement Magazine, “Community Policing Begins at Home” by John Betten,
