Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s e-Commerce Group designs and develops the company’s web sites. The group was housed at the Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, but wanted to relocate to their own special environment that would ignite creativity and inspiration. “Leave the ties at the door!” was the mantra for the move.

Arcturis was selected to design a space that would break from tradition, incorporating “spur of the moment” teaming and collaboration areas. They wanted design elements to incorporate a high-tech look and feel that respected and reflected what they do! Arcturis transformed a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse space into the new e-Commerce Group Facility. The design retains the inherent qualities of the space while integrating the new program and functions. Arcturis also selected furniture that would provide ease and functionality and could be moved by the employees at any point in time.

The design for this project received the International Illumination Design Award and the Edwin F. Guth Memorial Award for Interior Lighting Design Excellence.
