Arcturis provided architecture, interior design and planning services for the two-story, 55,000 sq. ft. building with 27,500 sq. ft. on each floor. The facility has 23 classrooms, nine lecture halls, six computer labs and eight wet labs. The wet labs include a dark room and x-ray room for radiology, an operating EMT ambulance and a respiratory therapy lab.

Sanford Brown currently serves approximately 700 students at its Fenton campus. Enrollment is expected to grow to 1,000 at the new facility. The college employs 150 full and part-time faculty and staff in Fenton.
