The 200-acre, mixed-use development consists of office, residential, retail, hotel, institutional and park space. The development is located along Interstate 40/64 in St. Charles County. Arcturis has provided planning services and architectural and interior design services. Arcturis worked with various agencies throughout the project including Great Rivers Greenway, McEagle Development, Vantage Homes, Barat Academy, the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Natural Resources and Fish & Wildlife Service. This project has won several awards, including a Partnership Award from the National Recreation and Park Association’s Great Lakes Region and a Leadership in Planning and Design Innovation from the East-West Gateway Council of Governments.
