Arcturis provided site analysis and selection, master planning, architecture and interiors services in the creation of a new national headquarters for NISC. The site, comprising 37 acres in Phase 1, includes a 135,000 sq. ft. building with surface parking, a lake, a great lawn and walking trails and space for future expansion of an additional 135,000 sq. ft. with associated surface parking.
