A Monumental Event

Acropolis Investment Management is a twenty-year old money management firm that believes in transparency and connection between advisors and clients. Every other year they host a “client appreciate event” where they invite clients for a purely social gathering at a major cultural institution in the St. Louis area.

In 2019, Arcturis was engaged to create event design and collateral for the event planned to take place at The Gateway Arch in downtown St. Louis. After a collaborative discovery with the client, a mid-century modern theme was chosen to mirror The Gateway Arch’s iconic design by architect Eero Saarinen.  Branded, “A Monumental Event,” the graphic design direction for the event utilized a mid-century modern type face and a unique colorway. From the “Save the Date” to the invitation to an event map, all collateral was related. Iconography was created for catering to use for different food stations and interior maps for event flow.

Had it not been for the 2020 Pandemic, the event would truly have been a ‘monumental event.’
