Cofactor Genomics is a DNA Sequencing company that focuses on the discovery process. Arcturis worked with CoFactor Genomics on a 11,000 SF gut rehab and façade renovation that is located at the entry of the Cortex District in St. Louis, Missouri.

The space features an edgy and contemporary aesthetic to align with their business practices and style. The space consists of offices, wet labs, sequencing lab, and a hood room. Arcturis used several local artists and vendors to create a space reflective of the surrounding neighborhood.
