PRINCIPAL - ARCHITECTURE
Bill Decker is a Principal at Arcturis with over two decades of experience guiding projects from concept through construction. He specializes in design development, technical documentation, and construction administration—bringing a meticulous, solution-oriented approach to every phase of the project.

Bill is known for leading multidisciplinary teams with clarity and precision, ensuring cohesive coordination between consultants, contractors, and clients. His expertise in construction administration has made him a trusted leader on complex renovation and new construction projects across Missouri and beyond. He is a registered architect in five states, with additional licensure pending, and serves on the Ranken Technical College Advisory Board.

Bill holds a Master of Architecture from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
