DESCO GROUP

The DESCO Group engaged Arcturis in 2005 to design their office space. Twenty years later, they returned to us for a comprehensive refresh to renovate their historic downtown Clayton office. We reimagined the visitor experience by expanding the entry vestibule and transforming the dated lobby into a modern space with a dynamic work café--DESCO’s first communal area for gathering, collaboration, and events.

Conference, open, and private offices received new finishes, lighting, technology, and furniture, while support spaces were upgraded for functionality. The original wood moulding and trim from the historical building were preserved, blending heritage with contemporary design. Custom environmental graphics and curated artwork reinforce DESCO’s brand, history, and core business in real estate and community development.
