DIODE DYNAMICS CONCEPT

Project leader Kadean tapped Arcturis to design a new industrial building for this leading designer and manufacturer of LED lightbulbs and vehicle upgrades.

The 62,500 SF building sits on an 8.5 acre lot, and will feature 15,000 SF of open office, private offices, and conference rooms, with LED lighting throughout, and a 3,000 SF clean room production area with ESD / Antistatic vinyl tile and a negative pressure ventilation system.

Along the front of the building, large windows allow light penetration and elevated architectural features to make the entrance both practical and visually appealing. Four 12x12 drive-in doors will run along the adjacent side, with four docks with levelers and knockouts at the rear of the building, which will allow for future expansion if deemed necessary.
