East Central College designing a Respiratory Health program to strengthen the healthcare workforce in rural and underserved areas. By offering the program at a community college, it reduces education costs and expands access for underrepresented students. It addresses local demand by easing waitlists and enhancing existing medical training. Arcturis has developed a plan to convert the South-East Wing into a six-bed Respiratory Health Lab, teaching space, and Computer Testing Classroom. Emphasizing accessibility and resilience, the design will help to integrate hybrid learning technologies and flexible furnishings to support both in-person and remote instruction. This ensures a sustainable, adaptable learning environment.
