In 2004, with over 2.5 million square feet of real estate to manage plus all the day-to-day needs associated with several locations, this Healthcare Client turned to Arcturis. Working closely with the client, Arcturis created a robust, ﬂexible system to manage their space. One centralized database synchronizes CAD drawings and accounting data with employee information to better utilize space and reduce effort and costs. Customized reporting enables accurate space utilization, head count information and move management.
In 2008, the client engaged Arcturis to provide ongoing architectural and interior design services and in 2013, they engaged Arcturis to lead a Workplace Strategy Development to optimize the existing Real Estate within the St. Louis Buildings and address the balance needs of the of Assigned vs. Unassigned workers. The Pilot project for the HR department was completed in 2017, the success of which led to similar Pilot projects for other departments - which are currently underway.
