Arcturis is engaged in the design and development of 18,000 SF of residential apartments atop a prestigious downtown social club. The project envisions the conversion of a single floorplate of a former commercial office space into one and two-bedroom luxury penthouse apartment units. Working with the existing building structural grid, each unit features a large light-filled open living space with chef’s kitchen and dining area. Units feature polished concrete floors, minimalist modern detailing, and spacious yet efficient layouts, that seek to maximize natural light and views of the Fort Worth skyline.
