Arcturis is working with Harcros Chemicals, a chemical distribution and manufacturing company, to modernize their midcentury-style facility. Currently in the Design Development phase, our work focuses on enhancing accessibility, energy efficiency, and employee comfort. ADA compliance,restroom updates, and circulation pathways are a part of the renovation.

Plans include a covered patio in the rear green space, providing employees with an inviting outdoor area. The campus will also incorporate fencing and site security improvements. A distinctive arcade canopy at the building’s entrance is under consideration for use as a branding feature, aligning with the company’s identity.

By balancing functionality and design, this project will create a safer, more welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
