Arcturis is supporting Joyce / Dayton Corporation with the expansion of their 76,000 SF manufacturing facility in Portland, IN. Phase I, now complete, included field verification and updated CAD base plans to evaluate existing systems for equipment relocation and expansion. Phase II, currently in progress, involves designing a 5,000 SF office expansion, a 20,000-square-foot warehouse addition, and 700 SF storm-resistant structure meeting ICC 500 standards. The new additions will feature pre-engineered metal building systems, with engineering handled under a separate contract. Civil & Environmental Consultants and CASE Engineering are providing civil, MEP, and structural expertise to ensure the facility meets operational and safety goals.
