Arcturis designed a 42,000 SF addition to an existing bakery / freezing facility for Landshire to be utilized for preparation of pre-packaged food. The facility needed to meet USDA standards.

During the design process, our project team harnessed the power of Revit, Arcturis’ Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This sophisticated tool allowed for real-time adjustments to the plan, enabling our client to swiftly grasp modifications through color-coded programs that automatically updated room square footage data. This innovative approach significantly slashed the review and approval timeline, reducing it from weeks to mere hours, resulting in substantial time and cost savings for the client.

In the face of a demanding project schedule, Revit emerged as an indispensable ally. It not only facilitated the visualization of the client’s envisioned space but also provided rapid insights into how their alterations aligned with project objectives.
