Arcturis successfully completed a comprehensive renovation project in collaboration with Oats Associates, Inc. and the Missouri School for the Blind, enhancing student amenities at their St. Louis campus. The project transformed the MSB courtyard and nature park into versatile spaces where students can grow their own produce using raised planters and a greenhouse, and enjoy various play experiences with features such as a zip-line and playground structures.

In addition to the transformation of the courtyard and nature park, the project included the restoration and modernization of the existing pool area and locker rooms. Upgrades to the pool area finishes and installation of new restroom facilities were completed to ensure compliance with contemporary standards. Special features of the design include epoxy floors to help students distinguish different areas, and high-contrast color elements for those with limited visual ability. Safety enhancements also included providing a secondary exit from the pool equipment room.
