The new facility combines 12,600 SF of specialized research labs and 12,175 SF of office and collaboration space. Organized for efficiency and flexibility, the design supports both scientific precision and employee well-being. Warm materials, greenery, and access to daylight balance the high-tech environment with an inviting, sustainable atmosphere. A secure tour path connects the public and research zones, offering visibility into cutting-edge science. The result is a functional, human-centered environment that fosters innovation while reflecting New Leaf’s mission to advance sustainable agriculture through plant-based solutions.
