Arcturis transformed a long-vacant Schnucks Shopping Center into the North County Innovation Center, a dynamic hub for community services. The project created spaces for trauma-informed early childhood education, workforce development, and essential services such as banking, healthcare, and addiction recovery.

The design extended to Refuge and Restoration Church, where Arcturis infused an 11,000-square-foot area with purpose, providing interior design, lighting, and environmental graphics for a work café, wellness area, and coworking spaces. Arcturis also designed the Brilliant Angels Academy Early Childhood Learning Center, converting nearly 12,000 square feet into a nurturing space with classrooms, offices, a commercial kitchen, and indoor/outdoor play areas for early childhood development in an underserved community.
