R&R Marketplace in Dellwood, Missouri, is a transformative redevelopment that turned an abandoned strip mall into a thriving community hub offering high-quality services to North County residents. Within this larger vision, three distinct projects are helping drive long-term opportunity and growth:

One of the newest additions, Brilliant Angels, is redefining community support by bringing together a dynamic early childhood learning environment and a robust workforce development hub. This 12,000-square-foot facility nurtures confidence, curiosity, and connection in young learners while providing adults with meaningful opportunities to build skills and advance careers.
A welcoming entry that is anchored by an artistic tree symbolizing growth leads to a bright gathering corridor where families connect, children learn through play, and community members access training and employment resources. The center includes ten classrooms, staff spaces, family restrooms, a commercial kitchen, flexible indoor/outdoor play areas, and dedicated workforce development areas.
