St. Louis community college - student center

As part of the STLCC Transformed strategic plan, this renovation project enhances key facilities to improve student experiences, modernize infrastructure, and support long-term campus goals. The full renovation of the Student Center will create a more dynamic and engaging space for students, while additional upgrades to Communications North and the Applied Sciences buildings will improve functionality and accessibility.

Infrastructure improvements include central plant upgrades to enhance campus-wide efficiency. Additionally, while the design scope for the demolition of the Campus Police and Continuing Education buildings was addressed under a previous agreement, this phase ensures continuity in campus transformation.

The project scope integrates architecture, interior design, lighting, and multiple engineering disciplines, with structural modifications limited to renovation support.
