The 314

The 314 will be a 29 story mass-timber tower in the Downtown West district of St. Louis. Designed by Korb Architecture, the tower will have 287 residences, and 15,000 SF of retail. Amenities include a communal rooftop terrace with a restaurant, bar overlooking Energizer Park— home of St Louis CITY FC. Once completed, The 314 will stand as one of the tallest mass timber buildings in the world. Arcturis is local architect.
