The Edwin

Pier Property Group (PPG) engaged Arcturis to provide architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, and graphic design services for a project in development in Midtown St. Louis. Nestled within a larger complex, Steelcote Square, this mixed-use building is composed of 250,000 square feet of residential (approximately 200 units); 65,000 square feet of single-tenant retail; and an approximate 200-space structured parking garage. The development, named “The Edwin,” includes two courtyard spaces, one with a pool, as well as apartment amenities including a clubhouse, fitness area, lounge, and a Target on the ground floor. In summer 2025, a vibrant mural was created by the Arcturis Brand Experience team highlighting 24 St. Louis landmarks alongside Grand Boulevard.
