Arcturis worked with WashI to convert a 110-year old building into the home for the College of Arts and Sciences. The project goals were to create state-of-the-art classrooms, modern workspace, and an identity that reflects the students’ and faculty’s interests without significantly altering the building exterior. The renovation included the addition of an elevator and restrooms, new finishes, custom millwork, energy-efficient lighting, all new systems and way-finding graphics throughout. The project included demolition of nearly all of the building’s interior walls, floors and structure.
