From its origin in church basements, Weight Watchers has grown to become an international retail giant. Soon after launching their new mall stores, Weight Watchers approached to Arcturis to incorporate their “It’s a New Day” brand into all locations. Observing the space relationship between fixtures and people, Arcturis redesigned the store flow to offer more privacy with better access to merchandise. This was achieved with a more spacious and inviting feel. This resulted in new stores outperforming old stores by a ratio of 2-to-1. The redesign was so successful that, in addition to the 200 new locations Weight Watchers launched the first year after the redesign, they expedited plans to renovate 200 existing locations. Arcturis has been their partner for this work for well over a decade and for over 450 locations.
